This Journey Started With My Own Body.

My name is Tarin.  I’m a registered nurse, a wife, and a mother of two—and for most of my life, I was proud of how hard I could push.

I thrived on doing more, giving more, and holding everything together.

Until my body forced me to pay attention.

  • My skin was constantly breaking out
  • My weight wouldn’t budge no matter which health trend I tried next
  • I was exhausted but couldn't sleep
  • And I felt completely disconnected from a body I didn’t recognize anymore

That moment changed everything. I realized my body wasn’t failing me—it was demanding support.

I began learning how to slow down, regulate my systems, and work with my body instead of against it.

That shift didn’t just change how I felt physically.

It changed how I showed up in my home.
In my marriage.
In my motherhood.

This is why I do this work.

Not to hand women another plan to follow —
but to help them stop fighting their bodies and finally understand them.
